AIBA DESIGNATION

This designation is bestowed on members of the Institute of Business Appraisers, the leading appraisal organization for appraisers of small to medium sized businesses in the United States.

This designation is awarded to individuals who posses a four year college degree (or equivalent) and who have successfully completed a rigorous 8 day course in the valuation of closely held businesses and who have successfully completed a 16 hour report writing course.  In addition to this education, the individual must pass a comprehensive written exam and pass a critical peer review of a demonstration report.

This designation is held by less than 100 individuals in the United States and is highly regarded.
