KAREN ESPOSITO, ASA
1988 - Present - Engaged in real estate and business valuations. Experienced in appraisals of various types of properties including multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, retail and office. Qualified as an expert witness. My experience has also included various special purpose properties including hotels, marinas, recreational facilities and restaurants, etc. I have prepared appraisals for mortgage and equity investments, estate and gift tax, bankruptcy and equitable distribution, performing both current, retrospective and prospective valuations.
